GitHub playing cards

AI studio impression of the GitHub playing cards: Octocat ace, king and jack fanned in front of the black, gold-foil tuck box

Generated render

The story

A black deck in which every card is custom designed, in a foil-stamped tuck box covered in gold line art (Octocats, planets, paper planes) around a GITHUB banner. Handed out at AWS re:Invent 2025 and sold in the GitHub Shop.

What stands out

A fully custom deck is a small budget item that feels collectible, because every card is designed rather than just the box.
